Accommodation between A-B on EPC scale. Well insulated, double/ triple glazed. Energy-efficient heating and cooling.
Space.
Spacious 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartments with a dedicated ensuite or bathroom for each bedroom. We're also looking for spacious and upscale 2, 3 or 4 bedroom homes.
Design.
Soulful and minimalist, incorporating natural biophilic design where possible. Use of calming colours and complementary accent colours to lift the vibrancy and appeal.
